i am ashamed to admit it, but i have finally pre-ordered my copy of "The Little Mermaid" tonight. i can't believe that i haven't pre-ordered it before. but, i have it pre-ordered and it's coming to me when it is released. yeah!! i'm so excited to add this to my expanding collection!!

I never pre-order. The cheapest place to get any Disney video is at Walmart on the first week of release.

I ordered mine this summer from Disney.com but I got an e-mail about a month ago telling me they wouldn't be able to ship it on the scheduled date and I had to reply in order to get it. I only got it to get free shipping on my luggage so I'm not sure if I will get it or not.

I pre-ordered from the DIS Store. I got four beautiful lithos, and a coupon for my next purchase. Same price of $20.

i like ordering the big movies from disneystore.com so i can get the lithographs. they're so cool and they add more magic to getting the movie than if i went to the store and bought it.

i think i am going to buy mine in the parks! i love the free lithographs, but since i comes out soooo close to my trip, i am going to try and wait.....
unless i cant handle it and make a run to target...which is possible

I keep telling myself that I won't pre-order movies and will just buy them in the store when they're released. Yet every time, I keep coming back. Not really into the lithos (I have a graphic designer friend with state of the art printers who can do the same thing or better for free). But I'm a sucker for the little stuffies.

Normally I like to pre order but this year our Disney store does not seem to have any 'extras' in place ( usually they produce some sort of free lithograph or photo frame which you are given as a bonus for ordering from them direct) as yet. I will wait a few more weeks to see if they offer something along these lines. If they do, then I will buy my copy from them, if not then I will do like Cavey and order from the various websites or walmarts where it will be some £'s cheaper no doubt.

Either way I CANNOT WAIT!

OK, so I guess I'm the big sucker here! I preordered LM a few months ago on disneydirect.com because I liked their lithos better than the ones I had seen from the disney store, and I wanted to frame them for DD's room. But then, last week, I preordered the one in the disney store anyway so I could get the other lithos and the 15% off coupon to do my christmas shopping there with all the new Ariel merchandise out. I figure there are enough little girls in the family that I can pass one copy off as a christmas present later.
