1. Like after Tess made the connection Mitchie was "that girl" and she stole her song book she did NOTHING?

2. Her Mom shows up to see Tess sing, and then answers the phone and she does NOTHING? And then comes full circle in a snap? (It played better in HSM2 with Sharpa)

3. When the head counselor accuses the girls of stealing and her Mom is standing right there . . . HELLO, she doesn't say or do anything in her girls defense.

I dunno . . . I was slightly disappointed . . . BUT I'm sure I'll see it another 100x . . . maybe I missed something?

I watched it and being 15, I completely adore and idolize Demi Lovato. Plus, I met Joe, Nick, and Kevin Jonas at one of their concerts and seeing them with her, and just on screen being so cute, makes me realize how incredibly lucky I was to meet them. I hugged those boys!!

The movie was far more amazing then I thought it would be. I like it more then High School Musical. :]

They need to do more movies with that cast, like a sequel would be amazing, im sure. Like of the next summer, it KILLED me that Demi and Joe didnt kiss in the movie, they need to date in real life.

It wasn't so much I didn't care for it . . . it was just the editing was so poor! To say they made us all wait so long and the hype and countdown every time you turned on Disney Channel . . . I think they should have taken the time to edit it better! Just IMHO

Maybe when the DVD comes they will have the extended version!

I really liked it and so did DS8. He was mortified that they might kiss in the end. I thought there little romance was sweet and they had great chemistry. After this HSM will be so "last year".

My DD14 felt the same way. I think they made a decision not to have them kiss. The two of them had great on screen chemistry and I think they wanted to leave you wanting a sequel!

I liked the fact that the kids actually had seatbelts on in the limo and life jackets on in the canoe. Safety was looked at over being cool.

That could be because Miley Cyrus and her Dad were judged for not wearing seat belts in their 3D movie. I like that they took the time to show the kids using safety equipment.

I agree about the editing, I was waiting for the mean girl to steal one of Mitchie's songs or something.

There were a lot of goofy and out of sync moments in the movie. My kids have watched in at least 5 times so I keep seeing new things. Lots of things are off with the storyline and the voice/singing is often out of sync.
Despite this I'm still tempted to watch it.
