LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The hit "Hannah Montana" movie will be nearly inescapable on television this month in every dimension.

"Hannah Montana amp; Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert" will come to Starz in standard- and high-definition starting 9 p.m. EDT Saturday, July 26, the premium cable channel announced Thursday.

The 3-D version of the film, which had a limited-engagement theater run earlier this year, will begin showing on the Starz on Demand and Starz HD on Demand channels on Sunday, July 27, along with the other two versions.

The movie also will be available to download from the broadband platforms Starz Play and Vongo, but only in standard definition and not in 3-D.

Disney Channel previously announced that the movie's TV debut is set for 8 p.m. EDT July 26, preceded by a daylong marathon of episodes of the channel's "Hannah Montana" series starring teenager Cyrus.

The concert film was shown in 3-D for its theater run that grossed more than $65 million. Starz noted that its TV debut precedes the movie's expected Aug. 19 home-video release by several weeks.

Filming is under way in Nashville, Tenn., on "Hannah Montana: The Movie," set for release in summer 2009. Its busy young star isn't slacking off on her music career: Cyrus' new album, "Breakout," will be released July 22.

*I still think Disney has a deal with Starz...their movies are always on one of the six Starz channels. I still haven't seen a Disney film on HBO in years. this is just my two cents.

Oh, thanks. That means I can stay home and save myself the embarrassment.

And OMG I KNOW! I heard it was still in pre-production talk since they wanted the timing to be perfect. And the book author is working with them, but man, if he complicates it like he did the book... UGH. But I'm curious about the actors!

DD has her glasses, DVR set, and she is ready for it. Too excited! We got our 3-D glasses at Walmart as well.

So I got to work this morning, and found this sitting on my desk - from my coworker. I can only imagine how she explained to her twin 5 year old boys that she had to take pair for her 25 year old coworker. My coworkers know I love her. And yes, they're embarrassed for me.

I just finished watching it...It was cute but kind of short. I just watched in HD,the 3D version is not up yet. If you have Starz on demand you can watch it now.
