It seems like this is going straight to DVD and will not be in the movie theaters

Am I crazy or is that what the commercials said?

No, you are not crazy, straight to DVD. This actually worries me as Disney has not had a lot of success in this area. Hopefully this will be the exception.

I know.....I can't believe that a movie that has been in "the works" for SOOOOO long is going straight to DVD. I know I will buy it....it just looks so cute.

Yeah, I think Tink should just tinkle. BTW, you can go to Disney Rewards Visa Card From Chase - Home and click on news and offers. There's a "game" where you can design your own fairy and fairy house. Lots of fun for girls....and big girls too.
You don't have to have a Disney Visa to enter the site.

My DD8 reads the fairy books and she told me that Tink talks in the books, I was surprised, but if she was okay with Tink talking, then so be it. My daughter for the longest time has been the biggest fan of Peter Pan. She even has this photo Peter Pan by her bedside.

It doesn't surprise me that it is going straight to DVD, but why not take a chance? IMHO Disney made a mistake by not putting HSM2 on the big screen, then I think they realized their mistake too late and that is why they are putting HSM3 at the theaters.

I'm not sure how I feel about her talking either.

Anyway, here is the video of her talking:
IMDb Video: Tinker Bell

This clip does not sound like Brittany Murphy. I think Tink's voice needs to be higher than in that clip and more feminine. And it doesn't say anything about her being the voice on IMDB.

Also, it says that this is part of a series of Tink movies YAY!

It is not Brittany Murhpy. I posted a link which listed all the actors' names.
