PBS's reviewer, who usually only reviews grownup movies just raved about Ponyo. He made the point that the English version used top actors for the dubbing.

can't wait to see this one, Howl's Moving castle and Spirited away are favorites of ours! Well I guess they all are!

It's the sweetest little story. The music is great, the colors are beautiful. We went with friends, and my friends 3 year old sat for the whole 1.5 hours just mesmerized . . . my friend couldn't believe it!
