Disney Visa Phone Number

I applied for a disney visa back in january..and since i recently ran my credit report..i realized that I was indeed approved..but I never got it (or I very well threw it away thinking it was junk mail..whoops) But I know someone else isn't using it because it has $0 balance and the high balance is also $0 (meaning it's never been used.) Anyone have a number that I can call and find out how to get another one??
