How do you redeem rewards points over the phone? Can it be done or do you have to wait til you get there?

we were able to transfer the rewards to the card thingy before we went- I dont know if that is what you are aksing for. I dont think you can wait till you are there and I know that there is a billing cycle situation with a lot of purchases so that made a huge difference in how we paid off our trip-

Just call the 800 number. If you have never redeemed them, they will send you a card with the points encoded on it. It took ours about 2 weeks to receive, so make sure you give yourself enough time before you leave for WDW. If you already have a card, call 800 number and they will transfer the current balance of points back on to the card you already have.

You can also go online and manage your rewards there. I requested my card online and have also transferred points online. Don't wait until you get there if you don't have the rewards card already, it takes time to get it in the mail.
