Is there a discount applied if you use a Disney Visa?

I just got an application in the mail for the Disney Visa Card. If I choose to pay my trip with this visa, do I get addtional discount on my room or package? I dont really care about a free photo.

You first get disney dollars, and for the last two trips I used it to book our Disney vacation, it was interest free for 6 months.

I think it depends on if they are running a promotion. I am using my Disney Visa for this upcoming trip and there is nothing special other than just earning the normal points.

Like JK8 said it depends. When we got ours we booked our trip on it and there was no interest if we booked a MYW vacation package and anytime we used the card on Disney property there was no interest.
The card has a high interest rate so we have never used it other than that.
Also there is a 10% discount at WOD in DTD and of course Disney Reward Points.

Oh I forgot this too--when we applied and were approved for the card we got a free one day ticket.

I use my Disney Visa because of the 6 months financing on the trip. I also like getting points. My points paid for a few souvenirs last year.
You have to pay it off monthly to avoid those pesky finance charges. I also pay bills that come on a monthly basis so I can get the points since I already have budgeted for them.They do run specials and you can rebook your trip if they do. I saved several hundred dollars last year.

You do get a percentage off on items perchased at WOD in DTD....it's only maybe 10-15%, though.
