I want a new card!

Anyone know the website where you can order a new Disney Visa card. Mine is in terrible shape and it is about time to change designs I think. I looked all over the Chase website under my account but have not been able to find it. Am I just blind?

I think you can call the customer service number on the back of your card you can request a new card..i dont believe you can do it online.

I believe bella is right. I have only seen advertised a phone number to call to get one of the new cards, but nothing where you can request one on the website. It's probably a security feature just to make sure it's you and not someone else trying to get access to your card.

Some info came with my last disney visa mailing. You do have to call a 1-800 number but I'm sorry I don't have the number. I recycled the paper already.

OK, thanks everyone. Thats probably how I did it last time and just forgot. I will call them. I received something in the mail a while back also and just threw it away. Yesterday I was looking at my card and my signature is completely gone and the strip where you write it on is peeling off. It gets used a lot!!! Need those Disney Rewards!

I could have sworn that when I made my payment on line last month there was a spot that said order a new card. Try the Chase website!!!

Call the number....that is all you need to do even if you just want to change the picture on the card. The info did come in the last mailing but I too have recycled since then. Use that card and earn those Disney dollars

Now if I can only convince DH to use his.....he hates to use credit cards

period, but I keep trying to explain that it is paid in full each month so it is just like using the debit card except we get rewards

I hope I can order a new one soon too cause I wore it out

We use it for everything possible and of course pay if off every month. We ended up with just under $700.00 in rewards for our September trip. As you can see by my countdown I have a long time to wait until my next trip but I should have a lot of reward dollars by then

very nice....I think I am going to save the rewards for our next trip (I just got the card this month, I know....what took me so long) in 2008 that way we will have lots of rewards.

Yup, you just call customer service & ask them to send you a new one. I started out with the charter member card when it first came out, then went to the sparkly red one with Mickey, then to the 50th anniversary castle, now I have TINKERBELL!!!
