This is a good question.
I haven't seen any discounts in a long while. They did have the free dining offered, but that was also offered to everyone else too.

For one of my past trips, there was a flyer in with the Disney Visa bill offering a deluxe hotel for a great price of $164.00 a night. One of the advantages of the Disney Visa is you qualify for whatever promotion going on a week prior to everyone else, so you are pretty much guaranteed getting what you want if you take advantage of the offer.
