I think this promo is for DisneyLAND's version of the halloween party (I think it's called Mickey's Trick or Treat or something like that), not MNSSHP in WDW. I'll have to go back and check the website because I could be wrong, but I did browse the promo's not too long ago and I am pretty sure there was nothing for MNSSHP.
