Has anyone stayed at the castle inn? We ( I think you all know who I mean when I say we) are thinking about taking a weekend trip to DL and the Castle inn is right across the street. And it is only $412 for 3 nights for the family suite. What do you think.

Hm, I think I know what you're talking about. I've passed that place before, and it looks really nice. My friend says she's stayed there, and she was happy with it. They don't have that nice of a pool, but that doesn't really matter. It's like a little village kind of on the inside! It really is a "castle". Not to mention, that's pretty cheap...$412 for 3 nights only... I would say go for it! But then again, I haven't stayed there before, so you shouldn't take my word...

Thanks Ariel, it sounds pretty good! Did you see that one where he said he got a last minute reservation for $39 per night!?! Maybe I'll try a last minute, I have never done that.

I am not sure, maybe in two or three weeks. We have APs now so we can just pick up and go whenever!! I thought we would go for a long weekend, maybe thursday-sunday.

Oh, wow! You might be going around the same time I am. I'm going the 29th, staying for seven whole days. Is the AP really worth it?

Yes it is worth it!! I always get the premium pass so we get all of the discounts and the everyone else gets the deluxe. How far away do you live? We usually go for 5-7 days, so in two trips it pays for itself. I figure if we go this summer and then only go again next summer before it expires it would still be worth it.

I don't live that far away, I live in SF, so it's only about a six hour drive. This is the longest I'll ever stay at DL, so I'm uber excited!

Hey, that's the same as me! I live 6 hours away in the other direction! You will love having that many days, you can really get it all done.

Really? Awesome! I'm so excited... I've been packing, re-packing, and writing down lists of things I'm going to do. I'm such a geek. I really am going to have a lot of time to do things though! I'm going for my birthday. Do you know if they have "It's my birthday" buttons at DL? It's something I've heard that they have at WDW on the boards, but I'm not sure if they have them at DL. It would be great if they did!

Yes they do have Birthday buttons, just go to City Hall and they will give you one! And if you want to have a little Birthday Party, go to Goofys Kitchen. We had my DDs there it was so fun!! I saw older people having parties there too, so you don't have to feel weird about it.
