Marriott Residence Inn

I went ahead and made reservations at The Marriott Residence Inn Resort Area in Garden Grove. I was going to go with the cheap hotel across the street from DL but I chickened out! This Hotel includes a full breakfast and it has a king bed in one room, bunk beds in one room, and a sofa sleeper in the livingroom and a full size kitchen. Oh and two bathrooms, that is very important! This hotel is pretty new, and it looks really pretty from the pictures. I will post a link when I have time later. If anyone else has stayed there please let me know what you think.

Re: Marriott Residence Inn

Sounds beautiful! We often stay at the Marriott Grande Vista Resort in Orlando, combining it with our WDW trips. My dh always meets up with friends there to golf and I have to tell ya - it rivals Disney for beautiful suites and grounds. No MAGIC, mind you, but an absolutely gorgeous resort. We also stayed at the Marriott World Center for a convention and it was great! I don't think you can go too wrong with a Marriott. Have a great time Mousie!

Did you get the kids suite? The new residence Inn is nice, you will really like it. A bit of a walk from the parks, but really nice.

Re: Marriott Residence Inn

I stayed there once when the Hilton overbooked the hotel and they bumped us there for one night. They must have put us in some super suite because we had our own hot tub. It was amazing and I didn't really want to move back to the Hilton after that.

Yes, we got the two bedroom two bathroom kids suite. It does seem really nice. Have you stayed there? How is the breakfast?

Re: Marriott Residence Inn

We stayed at the Residence Inn in Tallahasee and it was very nice. We also got the 2 bedroom suite and it is just like a little apartment. It was very nice having two bathrooms, too.

Re: Marriott Residence Inn

My friend recently stayed here when she traveled down for a secret shopper convention in Anaheim (in July, I think). She said it was great.
I have stayed at other RI's and have always found them nice.
