Courtyard Marriott in Buena Park

Not sure if it qualifies as a good neighbor hotel, but at $50.00 a night, I'm looking forward to it..

My first weekend back to the States allows for a short weekend getaway to Disneyland. It's another longshot whether anyone on Mousebuzz has stayed here before, but either way I'll post feedback after my experience..

That's why ya stick with the three-stars (or at least 2 1/2)....

I actually got a terrific deal on the place I'm staying for two nights in Vegas in August. Priceline has worked out very well for me, as least as far as hotels go...haven't used them for airfare.

That is a pretty good price! Not too far from DLR and you can walk to Knott's to have a chicken dinner at Mrs. Knott's :)

I don't think I have ever eaten there at Mrs. Knott's... Is it good? If so, let me know. The Heir Apparent doesn't require high maintenance food or white linen service..

Though he doesn't hesititate to name drop access to such places just to let folks know..

Well it isn't high maintenance or white linen...just good old fashioned fried chicken, mashed taters, biscuits(YUM!) with boysenberry preserves and a piece of pie for dessert. Yep...I think it's pretty yummy! The line can get long though..so be prepared to wait for a little.

*drooling* Every trip to DL I say I'm going to stop for some chicken, but it never seems so important once I am down there, lol. Maybe in July I will stop. I haven't had it in a long time
