Funnel Factory. They have one at the Irvine Spectrum and I love it!!! I would also bring over maybe a department store (Nordstroms, Macys or Robinsons-May)

Re: A certain Shop

They should bring a restraunt called the *drum roll* the House of Mouse!

You know, the cartoon on Disney channel that has mickey mouse the host of a sit down restraunt and they show Old MIckeymouse/Disney cartoons ont the big screen, and EVERYTHING is themed Mickey style. THey should REALLY make a restraunt that looks exactly like the one in the show, inside and everything.

Re: A certain Shop

I love your idea DLR!!

Gosh, that's toughie...but if I could bring one thing to DTD, I think I'd really like to see a DisneyQuest type of arcade. That would be a blast, and you KNOW it would be crowded with locals all the time! I think it would be a great investment into the area. I mean, with all the after-school-dance groups that go there, locals just going to shop/hang out on the weekends, in ADDITION to the tourists...
I think it's got a great potential market.

I know DH and I spent tons of money at the AMC in DTD alone, and having a DisneyQuest-type arcade would give us yet another venue to funnel all of our "free-time money" into.

It's not exactly a shop or restaurant, but it's a valid answer, right??

Thanks Dznygrl, glad ya liked it. An arcade would be a great idea! Kids after school could head over and play at the arcades, they could make all the arcade games Disney Style. Lol. "wack-a-goof" Could be one of the games. Ya know, wack-a-mole, just you slam goofy on the head instead of a mole. HAHA. They could program in a bunch of lines Goofy says to play everytime you hit him. Just a thought

And yea, I think an arcade is a valid answer, but it's up to AHB to decide for sure.

Re: A certain Shop

This is an old thread, but what can I say...I'm bored.

With the amount of time we spend in DTD when we were living in Anaheim, I think it would be great if they added a Planet Hollywood. But Dznygrl has our best interest at heart with a DisneyQuest. That would be my TOP choice!
