OK, so I was cleaning out some things in my guest room and found a bag from our Disneyland trip this past June. In it was this adorable pop-up photo album, it is NOT scrapbook style, it has plastic slits for you to insert photos. The cool thing is, every page features a different pop-up from an attraction (see pics below). It's really cute but I already filled a Disneyland album and honestly have no use for it. I hate to sell it on eBay 'cause it will probably be more hassle than worth. SO, I'd rather just give it to a Mousebuzzer! Why, 'cause I you guys (& gals of course).

So, the FIRST person to post the correct answer to this trivia question will be the winner of this cool new Disneyland photo album.

Oh, and remember, it features DL attractions so it would probably work best for someone who's recently been there, going soon, etc.


You ready... ok, here's the trivia question....

When Disneyland opened to the public on July 18th, 1955 the first person to buy a ticket and enter the park was _________ ________. ALTHOUGH, Walt Disney decided to have a photo taken with two children, ________ _______ and _______ _________ instead, and the photo of the three always carries a caption along the lines of "Walt Disney with the first two guests of Disneyland."

WOAH!!! That was WAY WAY WAY faster than I expected. And I thought I was being tricky!! Well, yes, accourding to "Wikipedia" David MacPherson was the first person to buy a ticket and enter the park but Walt decided to take a picture with two children named Micheael Schwartner & Christine Vess.

Yowza, that was some seriously FAST thinkin' Woohoo!!

yeah, honestly, I have all my DL pictures all settled in a cute collector's SHAG album. If it's already been sitting here for 4 months, it will continue to do so. It will be of much better use to someone who will actually put photos in it.


ps: I've never even heard of answers.com. Sheesh, and I thought this was a tricky question, I would have never known the answer. I guess with the internet any trivia question is easy to answer

Just wanted to comment on the pop-up album. That is adorable. I have never seen anything like that at WDW...going to look for one now...it's to CUTE~ Congrats woo hoo on winning. Nice of you wishy.

im going to give it to my daughter so she can put her own pics in it from our trip in feb- Ill give it to her for christmas and she will be so thrilled!

Woo, I think you just won the Awesome Mom of the Day award. What a wonderful plan! How old is your daughter?

she is 9 and is totally into scrapbooking and pictures and so on- she has her own little camera too so perhaps Ill just download whatever she takes and help her pic the best ones for the book- We got her a digital camera for just before her big surgery so she would remember her progress but she never took any pics- I only have them on my cell phone.
