I wish the fact that it's my birthday would give us some extra pull and get us a table at Club 33 that night! But hey, it's the year of a million dreams, so you never know. Maybe we can pull a few strings with Dizzygirl and Ryan.

Actually, Joy and I will be more than happy to eat at Napa Rose that night.

I'm really looking forward to this particular day. My birthday and Valentine's Day with Joy at DLR! It's going to be awesome.

Unfortunately on Thursday we have to leave. But we do have a little fun in store for Thursday morning...

We are planning on having breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen to finish the week off. I can't think of anywhere better than to spend our last morning than with Disney characters!

After breakfast, we'll do some last minute shopping at DtD and WOD as time permits and then we'll be headed to SNA to head home. Unless the Dream Team wants to give us permanent residence in one of the hotels!!!

I've actually heard the food is better at Napa Rose! But hey, that could just be hearsay...who knows...

The last couple of Disney trips I've had, I sure could've used a nap every day! I think I was in denial though, so I never took one. LOL (and ended up regretting it! )

We took naps each day of our NY trip, and let me tell you, we needed it. We were so tired midday, but after a brief nap, we felt great and ready to head back out for the evening.

I believe it. Club 33 is all about prestige. I've read reviews on Napa Rose in totally random magazines (including my Dad's Physician magazine) that rank it one of the top restaurants in Orange County.

You're right, it's definitely about the prestige. I can vouch that the steak and potatoes are FANTASTIC (even reheated ) but that's about as far as my comparison can go. I don't know anything about the food at Napa Rose except that I've heard wondrous reviews and would LOVE to eat there! I think it's an excellent choice for a birthday meal!

I did read your Galactic TR, but I must've missed the segment on BB. Did you have a bad experience?

I just can't see myself going to DL for the first time ever, and not getting a Montecristo at BB.

The food IS MUCH BETTER at Napa Rose..

Though my Heir Apparent and I hit $170.00+ and we didn't even have dessert...

Club 33 was cheaper with four people..

I thought I read some bad reviews...it was 626 that didn't have a good experience.

I agree that most of the food is okay at best. But I love Monte Cristo's! What could be better than a deep fried ham and cheese sandwich? I also feel that the ambiance is worth the steep price, you can't find anything like it anywhere else!
