Robbery at the disneyland hotel!

Now don't let this stop you from staying at this great hotel which is situated at the gates of the park.
But £60 was stolen from our bedside cabinet.
we should have used the safe but this should still not happen,
but as i say please stay in this hotel if you are thinking of doing so, it's great
just remember to use the safe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That can happen in any hotel in the world. We stayed at that very same hotel last month and didn't have any problems at all. Hotels all experience problems with staff, guests and 'casual visitors'. It isn't possible for them to stop theft from rooms and guests have to act responsibly. The safe is provided exactly for that reason. We used it. Shame though if it spoiled your holiday, but don't blame the hotel. We thought it was fantastic from start to finish.

Wow, that is really too bad. It is kind of a wake up reminder that bad things can happen, even at Disney.

Oh no, I'm so sorry that happened, cav. It's true it can happen anywhere, but you just don't think about it happening in Disney... :(

Well, it had to be someone with access to the room, like a housekeeper. Did you report your loss??

Tsk. That's so sad! I never think to use the safes provided in rooms, but then again I never leave $$ in the room.

I hate hearing about stuff like that happening!
