Off to see the French Mouse
I wanted to come and share my excitment with all of my fellow Disney Fans.
In less than 2 weeks I will be going to Europe for the first time, and staying in Paris. I absolutely had to add at least 1 Disney Day to my vacation. I haven't been to Disney since October, so I think at this point I am going through withdrawls. I have been getting a lot of flack from people about going to Disney when I am in Paris. My question to them is can they say they've ever been to DisneyLand Paris? No, they can't. Thanks for letting me ramble. The closer I am getting, the more excited I am becoming.

Re: Off to see the French Mouse
I am so excited for you. My brother lives in Belgium and has been to Disneyland Paris a few times. I wish I could come along.
You are soooooo lucky. Have a great time.

I am sooo jealous!!! ![]() Don't worry about getting flack from stupid people for going to DLP. That's ridiculous. THEY are the ones who are missing out. You'll have to tell us all about it when you get back!!!! ![]()

Paris is wonderful, but I can't see any reason not to fit DLP into your plans!! I can't wait to hear all about it!! :) Enjoy and be safe.

I'm so envious. Enjoy Europe, enjoy Paris and enjoy le Mickey Mouse - don't worry about what others think. It's your vacation. Bon Voyage!

Re: Off to see the French Mouse
I love DLP, the rides are great. Don't miss the backwards Indiana Jones rollercoaster, or Space Mountain. There are a lot of cool things to see in Paris, but I consider one of the to be Disneyland Paris.

Re: Off to see the French Mouse
You are going to have a great time! But just one day?
I have a missionary friend that just got back from DLP. She loved it. She is going to DL Hong Kong in Oct and Tokyo next spring (she is based out of Twain). And no Disney is not her mission field. ![]()

Re: Off to see the French Mouse
Have a great time but take warm clothes. It is very cold over here (Scotland, near but still not near enough!)at the moment. You must do space mountain in DLP as it is soooooo different to MK!

Re: Off to see the French Mouse
Yes, for right now I am just planning on one day. Who knows what may happen once I get there.
Thank you everyone for all the warm wishes. I will be sure to post a full report with lots of pictures once I get back. I have a countdown going on at my desk at work, and I love being able to peel off the page when I get in. Hopefully I won't clog the site with all my pictures when I get back. : )
