Hi my name is Isabel and I live in Lisbon (Portugal). I just wanted to know if any of you ever went there on your own,I'm asking because that's what I will do in September,I will stay in Sequoia Lodge and this time I decided to have something better and I will stay in a Montana room with lake view,not bad !!!
It's the 4 time that I go but the first solo,last year was so bad (my traveling friend was allways complaining about everything a real pain !) that I decided this year I'm gonna do it all my own way. I will stay 7 days and 6 nights because I want to take a couple of days to stroll around beautifull Paris.
So what do you think? Did anyone ever did it? What do you think?

Sounds like a great plan!! I've never been to DLRP but I'm sure you'll have a great time! No complaining friends and you can do whatever you want. And you get to see Paris too!! I'm so jealous. :) Have a great trip!

I haven't been to DLRP alone, but I have been to Disneyland alone a couple times. I lived in southern CA for a while, and would go every now and again when my then boyfriend would travel with work, I was in my early 20's at the time.

I loved my time alone in the park (although I was never 'alone', lol). I had been to DL many times, so I could take my time, and do what I wanted--eat, ride, wander all on my own schedule.

Traveling alone can be nice and it sounds like you're looking forward to your trip. Enjoy your time!!!

Bom dia, Igirao. Bemvindo a DC! Que faz o tiempo hoje? Faz calor? Faz muito frio acqui na Inglaterra.

I've never actually been on a trip alone but I have spent some hours alone in the park while my family went off to do some other things. The freedom to do what you want is nice, but in my view having somebody to share the experience with makes it ten times better. I think you should find another friend who will fit in better with what you want to do. That way I think you will have a much more enjoyable time.

I went to DLRP back in 2003 while on business alone and had a great time. I met so many wonderful people and so many helpful CM's. I hadn't planned on going and hadn't read up on where and what to do but I figured this might be a once in a lifetime chance. It was quite different being able to go and do what I wanted to without 5 other voices.

I think it's a wonderful plan. I've always wanted to have a day to myself at the parks - not too sure I could spend a week alone, but that just comes from being a mom who's had kids around for so long, I forget what being alone is. I say - go for it!
