Disappointment

I finally decided I was going to splurge and stay at one of the Disneyland Hotels for my October trip, so I called today and they are all sold out! Oh well, I guess we will be staying across the street. Bummer.

Well, it seems this year is very busy for them with the celbration and I imagine many returning and new visitors are wanting to stay at one of Disney's own hotels when they plan their trip. Try again, you are my eyes and ears out that way and I want to know what you think. lol There is always a chance for cancellations.

That's what I was thinking, I will keep trying. I wanted to try the Grand Californian, we went in there last time to use the ATM, it was so pretty inside. It is similar to the Floridian in WDW. I thought it would be fun to try it.

When are you going? I just checked online and 3 hotels had openings on the 10th to 15th of October.

I am going from the 12th through the 16th. I called the reservations dept. but I will try that out. Thanks.

okay, I just looked on there. I actually need a suite because we have 6 people and there are no suites available. So that's that for now! I am going to keep checking back though.

If suites aren't available, book two regular rooms. Once the booking is complete, call the resort and request that you have a connecting rooms request put in your reservation. That way you get two rooms with the connecting door for a lot less than you'd have to pay for a suite.

Okay, now it is saying that there are no rooms available for those dates again! I am getting frustrated now. I will try back later. I don't know why it would be so booked up for those dates though.

It keeps saying it's not available. I called customer service and they said the same thing, so I am going to wait until the week before and see if there are any cancellations.

Keep calling pumouse! Even if you make another reservation somewhere else, the GC may open up for you
