The offsite hotel we booked turned out to be a different one than I thought I was booking at - Parkside Inn & Suites vs Park Inn & Suites (the latter is supposed to be fairly decent according to reports here and elsewhere - but the first one was compared to a crack house... but worse!). So, needless to say, we canceled our reservations there and when investigating other options the DLH had openings! (Each time I'd looked before it didn't!!) So now we're staying onsite, and I even get to use my AP to take advantage of one majorly discounted night (10% off for the other nights). I'm so excited!
