DL Hotel Reviews?

Where can I find good online reviews of the DL hotels with photos? I'm going there next September for the DL marathon and I'm interested in checking out all my options, including prices.
We've been to DL before, so I'm familiar withthe layout, but we stayed offsite last time.

The monorail doesn't run to the GC it goes through it...sort of...it goes through a courtyard of the GC. It used to go to the DLH, but since DTD was added it is no longer "connected" to the DLH. I guess the DLH is still closest to the Monorail station.

Try the Anaheim hotels at Trip Advisor They now allow people to post photos, and there are TONS of candid reviews and lots of info in those reviews.

I've stayed onsite the last 4 visits and I don't *think* there are major perks.........but hopefully a website would make it clearer...please share your info here if/when you find any.

www.visionsfantastic.com also has alot of good info on the Disneyland Resort with info on both parks, DTD, the hotels, the rides and much more! Its a pretty good site!

I'm OBSESSED (although not as obsessed as I am with DC) with this site! THey have so many good videos of rides and shows, it's a GREAT site!!!

DL doesn't do Extra Magic Hours like WDW, but they do early entry. As a DL hotel guest you get early entry on all of the days that it is offered. People with multi-day park hoppers can only get one day of EE. You also get priorty boarding on the monorail from Tomorrowland to DtD. There is a separate line for hotel guests and that really helps when the line is long! You also have the option to charge purchases in the park back to your room (as long as a credit/debit card is on file) and they offer delivery of your purchases to your room. That is really helpful when you buy a bunch of stuff and don't feel like carrying your bags back to the hotel!

My visit last week was my first time staying at the DL hotel. I loved it so much that I will never stay anywhere but at one of the Disney hotels. It is just so easy to walk to the park and not have to worry about shuttles!

I miss the Momorail going into the DLH for a stop...

I have stayed in the GC and was right by the Monorail as it sped by, I just wish I could have jumped on board!

On our trip a couple weeks ago we used the Early Entry for a lot of fun. It was available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for one hour.

We stayed at the PP, which was much nicer than our last time to use the hotel, but the GC is our favorite. It is spendy, but so very nice!

I think my family will stick with the Disney Resort hotels over the outside hotels... The walk is usually much better, the atmosphere is Disney and we love the Early Entry...

I agree, I stayed at DL hotel last year and it was just nice, but I think it could use a referbishment, PP is great but GC is the creme a la creme

Wow - I didn't realize DL didn't have that many hotels....it seems like they would have a lot more.
