Costco Travel for DL

I was at Costco today flipping through one of their travel guides when I saw a great deal for DL park passes. Has anybody booked with Costco before?

Re: Costco Travel for DL

We have. Last May when we went to DL, we purchased Citypasses through Costco.com. It was a very good deal at the time, considering we live in Hawaii and was unable to get the citypasses at our local Costcos. The passes came in less than 3 days, but again since we live in Hawaii the cost to ship UPS to Hawaii was OUTRAGOUS to say the least. However, we had NO problems, getting the tickets (the right order) and/or using the tickets when we got to California. Just remember you have to go 'exchange' the voucher for the ticket at the customer service window when you get to DL. Or at least thats what we had to do.
...oh and go figure, since the summer time, our local Costco has been selling those same (or update versions of) those passes locally...NO SHIPPING!!!!!!!

C-Palace, DO TELL more!! Sre they selling multi-day park hopper passes? How much are they listing them for? I am going to buy our DL passes within the next week and if I could save some money through Costco that would be AWESOME! Thanks!

Re: Costco Travel for DL

It is 139.00 for 4 days admission Wish. It is a park hopper pass and here's the link for the deal. The deal is you pay the kid's price for the admission for savings. But anyways all the details are on the link. We will most likely book everything through Costco when we go since they do the hotel rooms and all as well.

C-Palace, I checked it out. Sounds awesome, ALTHOUGH they have to be used by April 27th, 2006?!?! Did you notice that?

Re: Costco Travel for DL

Oh nope I didn't :P. I was thinking of our trip time this summer. But still, even when that expires I'm sure they will put out the same deal again so keep looking!

Re: Costco Travel for DL

LOL! Omg I'm so brain dead today. I'm getting everything confused! But keep looking I'm sure they will have the same offer go up again. Costco is always putting new DL pass offers in there. And also, well atleast at our Costco you can actually buy passes in the store. But anyways, I know for sure that Costco will most likely put up a new offer after the old one.

Re: Costco Travel for DL

I have had several coworkers use the Costco City Pass deals recently. I have heard good things about those packages. I haven't used it myself, because I went with an AP, but I do recommend that anyone who is going to So Cal and is a Costco member to check those deals out...

Re: Costco Travel for DL

My cousins said they just bought some park hoppers from Costco for a trip during Spring Break and said they liked it and found it to be pretty easy, so I would say it seems to be a good deal, but thats just from I have heard.

Re: Costco Travel for DL

Ya that's what I think. Costco tries to stay good on keeping their fares low and fair. We will most likely book with them and when we do I'll tell you all how it was!
