2 bedroom suite at the DL

Has anyone stayed at the DL in a 2 bedroom suite? We are planning our trip for October. We are DVC memebers and the points are the same to get 2 standard rooms, or 1, 2-bedroom suite. I am thinking that the suite will be nicer all the way around? What do you all think? We have a family of 6 people so we do need the size.

I recently stayed in a 2 bedroom suite in the Disneyland Hotel and was so pleased. As you said, for DVC members the points are the same as getting to seperate rooms. From my experience I'd say defiantly go for the suite! The room was beautiful, had a great view, and the location of the Disneyland Hotel was wonderful! Hope this helps!

I just stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was quite large compared to the regular rooms, so the 2 bedroom would have to be enormous. I would rather stay at the Grand Californian if at all possible, but that room was all that was available on short notice.

Snow'sfriend and bigpoppapump1, thanks for the info. Did the suite have a big tub or refridgerator?? Also what tower were you in?

We stayed in the main tower (where you check-in). Our room had a mini fridge. I don't remember a big tub in the room but the room had 1 1/2 bathrooms.

My DH doesn't know it yet, but we may be there during that same time! Our DD's birthday is the 12th and I'm hoping for a trip
