Re: Mailing Box
I know POR wants some very specific info on any boxes that are shipped there. You may want to call ahead and ask how you should put on the box. Something we always ship is a duffle bag. I stuff our dirty clothes in here so I can put all the things we purchased in the parks in a sturdy suitcase.

Re: Mailing Box
We've always shipped a box down via UPS, a few days before our arrival at the Yacht Club. Do call your hotel to see what info they want on the outside of the box. IF I recall correctly, the YC just wanted our name and date of arrival. It works great. We've shipped mostly consummables (toiletries, foods, powdered ice tea, etc) and even an inexpensive ($10) toaster. When our vacation ended, we left behind all leftovers and the toaster, figuring someone in housekeeping could use the items.
For the first time, we'll be staying at the Swan this year. I hope they will accept a box!
