Where is the best place to eat hamburgers at DL?

Hi All
We are taking ann unexpected trip to DL for spring break and I have so many questions. First of all, where is there a good place to get hamburgers?

Second, where can you go for character dinners? We get breakfast at the hotel where we are staying so I dont think I want to go to a character breakfast. I know about Goofy's Kitchen but are there any other places worth going?

Where are the must eat places at DL?

Thanks for all your help!

They have a MCDS rite in side the park of DL

Carey

PS I highly recomend a lunch at the Blue Biyou. The Monte Cristo sandwich is to die for.

When did they get a Mickey D's? Is this recent? I know they sell their fries from a cart but not burgers too. In my opinion the burgers at the restaurant in Fantasyland (Village haus) aren't too shabby.

As far as your character dinner your best bet is Goofy's Kitchen. Inside Toontown is a small food court area that has characters hanging out at the tables surrounding it at different parts of the day. but if you haven't tried it you have to go to Blue Bayou restaurant located inside the Pirates ride. The food is great and the ambiance is awesome. :)

Good Burger at DL

I would recommend the Storyteller's Cafe in the Grand Californian Hotel for a good burger, or pretty much anything else on the menu. They are one of my favorites in the DL Resort area. I think they have a character breakfast. There are places in the parks that have burgers as well, but they are more like typical fast food burgers - sometimes okay - sometimes horrible. If you don't mind driving, ask for directions to an In-N-Out. They are essentially fast food, but they make all of their burgers and fries from fresh ingredients to order. They have a very loyal following in California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Have a good time.

Don

This place has been closed almost every time I have been to DL. I have always wanted to try it.

Country Bear Restaurant is good, but only open on the crowdiest days. But good burgers if you can catch it open. It's in Critter Country.

In DCA, Taste Pilot's Grill has a burger fixin's bar - real fun.

I was also under the impression that the McD's cart was fries only.

Village Haus in Fantasyland is my favorite restaurant. The food is good, inexpensive, and the atmosphere is nice, and magical whether you eat indoors or out.

Re: Where is the best place to eat hamburgers at DL?

I was looking for a place with hamburgers while my dad sat and held our spot for the fireworks. For as long as I can remember you could find a hamburger almost anywhere at a counter service at DL. Not true anymore! I had to go 3 different places: the Stage Door cafe has changed its menu, the place in Club Buzz was closed, and I finally fought through the crowd and found some at Pinnochios Village Haus in Fantasyland. Never thought I would have so much trouble finding a hamburger in DL!!

There is only a McD's cart in DL...there is a McD's with burgers in DCA.
I think the best burgers, now that Carnation Plaza is gone, are at the Hungry Bear.
