May 4th
If you are planning to go to DL for the 50th on May 5th, dh told me that DL (just DL, not DCA) will be 100% closed on May 4th, so the media can set up all over the park. DTD and DCA will be open. Just an FYI if you are planning on making the journey to DL that week!

That is so exciting!!! I cant wait to be there (although I am not looking forward to the crowd) That is finally the day that I renew!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, Disneyland Park will be COMPLETLEY closed on May 4, 2005 to "put the finishing touches on the park" for the 50th. OH BOY! Arent you ready for those crowds???!!!??? In a way I am.....its good DLR will be getting crowds, that means the celebration will be a success!(hopefully) I know it will be.
