when do the park hours start to be less?

I was wondering what time of the year do park hours get added and decreased? I am in the process of planning what time of the year to go and wanted to know Disney does this? We like the longer hours with the later fireworks. Also, we were thinking of the end of September or October, how are the crowd/weather then?

It varies, but you can get the park hours on Disneyland.com.

Actually I did try that but they do not go into Sept/Oct. I wasn't sure if anyone knew what they did last year.

Last year I seem to remember them going back to shorter hours around september, but then bringing the longer hours right back because they were still getting summer crowds. If the same thing happens this year, the long hours might last all the way to october.

Weather in September is usually very nice. Warm to hot temperatures and very little if any rain. Usually the crowds thin out after Labor Day weekend (when schools are usually back in session), but as Disneylandrocks said, the 50th has upped the typical number of visitors.

So you may want to count on the hours and shows being cut back at that time, but you may be surprised to have them be longer than expected!

Actually this past week I was wondering the same thing and went on Disney.com and found the hours. Try again, maybe something was wrong with your server.

Okay, I did find September. Your way went into a different calendar but it does look too early for October.
