Not nuts.. I went to Disneyland at 38 weeks, of course I didn't have a toddler in tow. I just did it with DD but I was in my first trimester so a little different..

I think its a great idea though, let your DD have one last special outing with just mommy and daddy before getting a new sibling. Let her have some special quality time since a few months after her whole world is going to change..

Hey guys, I'm alive!!!

Yes I was moving - it was very spur-of-the-moment and took several weeks to get moved and re-settled. Ryan got a great new job so we kind of had to jump at the chance. I have MISSED everyone like crazy around here!!

I completely understand the "Disney Itch" where you just can't stand being away! I will be going in May 2009 with a 23 month old, but I won't be pregnant. And like you, I can't wait to take DD. I can't wait to see the look on DD's face when she sees that castle for the first time.

Yes we are getting settled quite nicely and we love our new town, so things are going well!

It feels so good to be back here though...another place I call 'home'.

Yes I think so! It's not for sure yet....but DH is trying to work as much as possible these days so he can hopefully get time off in November for a quick DL trip, and also time off when the baby arrives around the first of the year.

I reeeeeally hope we get to go though - I know both of us are dying to take Alice, especially now that she's finally starting to identify Disney characters really well. I just know she would have a blast!

I think that is such a fun age to take them! I can't speak for myself yet obviously, but we took my sister when she was about that age and we still (14 years later) all have amazing memories from that trip...it was such a blast! And all of her reactions to everything were just priceless!
