WDW

MK: Pirates of the Caribbean
Epcot: Test Track
Studios: Muppet Theater
AK: It's Tough to be a Bug

I think we're pretty typical here....

If we're in MK, we start in Fantasyland and usually aim for PP or Dumbo first, maybe even Pooh. Then we run to Ariel as soon as she opens at 10!

In Epcot, we usually make a mad dash to Test Track, then head right over to Soarin for FP (or vice versa depending on how the wind blows)

In DHS, we usuallys start at Voyage of the Little Mermaid and then do the run around Animation Courtyard. VotLM is atleast a 3 timer (per day) for my little mermaid, so we try to do it once first thing, once around lunch and the last thing we do before leaving (or heading to Fantasmic). Now, I'm sure we'll grab the FP for Ariel on our way to Toy Story, then come back and do it all over again!

In AK, we usually head for the safari first, that's just a given. But this trip I've only planned AK for our first day and after the last 2 trips, I still haven't seen Nemo, so I'm thinking of reworking my touring plan a little!

On this last trip, our normal ride plans went out the window due to the big crowds (we are not used to that!), and when we got to DHS we saw a mad dash to Toy Story Mania and by 9:20am, the fast passes were at 11:30! This time we just went on whatever had the shortest wait.

Only been to DisneyLand once -went straight to Dumbo at opening with 5 and 2 year olds. Best decision DW ever made. (other than marrying me!

This is the trip that hooked me on becoming a Disney "planner".

Sheesh .. folks .. DISNEYLAND .. not Disneyworld here ... LOL ... There is another board for THAT park ... ;)

Anyhow, I don't know that I have a first "must" ride. The fact that I have made it to Disneyland is just so wonderful in and of itself. :)

Pirates!!! Hands down the best! Better than WDW, then autopiaagain better than WDW and of course the Matterhorn.

Same with me. I always click on NEW POSTS. All I read was the Title. I didn't even notice the sub-title. I didn't mean to step on dan1964's toes. My mistake.

Let's not get upset about ignoring or not ignoring sub-titles. This was posted in the Disneyland forum but the person who started this thread hasn't been back to MB in 3 weeks and hasn't posted in this thread since.

Shortly after this thread someone started a WDW specific "Which ride first?" thread. If I can find it I will post that link here.

I am not going to take every WDW answer in this thread and merge it to the correct forum, that's just silly. I am going to leave everything as is.

Hopefully we can just keep it on topic form here on out.
