I'm going the last week in July, but I don't know anything about the pin thing. I know a lot of people collect/trade them. I can get you one, but I don't know anything really about them. Do they sell them at certain places or something? Fill me in.

Do you have your latest edition of Vacation Magic (summer 2004-with Saratoga Springs all over it)? If so, the pin I want is featured on page 3 (lower left corner of page) and it also tells you where to find them and how to get them. If you have any other questions, I will be happy to provide any further information. I really would like to get the Cinderella pin with the Castle in the background and would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.

i don't believe i have that anymore. i have seen a picture of it on ebay. where do i get it and how much does it cost?

I can email you a picture of that page and you won't have to buy it, because disney sends them free and I keep them.

I get them all the time as I am a DVC Member. I must have thrown that one away. Let me know where to get the pin and how much it is. I could pay for it and then when I get back..you can send me the payment for it and I'll ship it for you. I certainly don't mind doing this, but wouldn't be just as eay to buy it off of ebay? You'd have to pay for shipping anyway. I personally, know nothing about the pins (I don't collect them) or how much they cost or anything so maybe on Ebay they are expensive. Sorry, was just wondering. I really don't mind getting it for you.

The pins on ebay are going for 25.00 or more and that does not include the shipping!! I figured that since I was on this forum and I would like one of these pins, it might be easier to see if someone from here would pick one up for me (they only cost $10.50) and I'll send them the money for it. I really don't want to have to spend $25 for a pin.

According to Vacation Magic, there are several places where the Cinderella Pin (and it's companion Tinkerbell pin) can be purchased. "Both pins are available at all DVC resort merchadise locations, as well as WDW theme park pin trading locations: Town Square Exposition Hall at MK, Pin Central at Epcot, Sorcerer's Hat Shopat MGM, and Island Mercatile at AK. Simply Present your blue Member Card at the merchandise location's counter to purchase these pins. Regular limited-edition purchase restrictions apply; two per guest, per day. Dates and information are subject to change. For more Disney Pin Trading information visit odpt.com. Pin merchandise is subject to availability and maybe out of stock from time to time.

If it were me I would purchase the pin at the resort, instead of the park. I think there would be less people. I am attaching an image of the pins, Cindy and Tunk, so that you will know what both look like. They say members are magical. There was another one that was issued before Cindy, I think it was Jiminy Cricket in front of the Tree of Life at AK. There is supposed to be one issued for each quarter of this year representing each park with the icon from that park and a character. Cindy and the castle was the only one I cared about because I grew up at MK and the castle is my favorite icon. The tink pin is supposed to be offered all year. Just thought I would give you a little info and put you in the know. All of this was in a previous issue of Vacation Magic, and all of them are online for your perusing pleasure. I love to go back and read the one I don't have because we just became member at the end of last year.

I think I'll get Tink and Cindy and surprise Brer Rabbit with the Tink pin. She has become a Tink fan since she began talking to Tink on here and Tink sent her a postcard last week. Sorry I haven't replied....my mind is going in 20 different directions these days. We're adding on to our house, plus several trees fell on the roof, Dh just switched jobs, My 8 yr old is bored since school let out, blah, blah, blah. I can't wait to go on vacation!!! So you'd like the Tinkerbell pin and the Cinderella one too? No problem! One of each? Hey, maybe I'll get some too! I will email you when I get back.
