Survey Card
I just got a survey card related to my SSR stay. I do not know if this always happens for DVC stays. The survey was very indepth. I was impressed.

These are sent out randomly to all guests. I have found everytime I stay at DVC, I get one, and not nearly as often as when I stay at standard resorts.

I stayed at both SSR & BCV in August. I got survey cards for both. I went right on- line and answered. I appreciate the fact that they are trying to track how we feel and possibly make improvements.

I got one for my stay at VWL a few weeks ago. I also like how they're interested in both positive and not so positive experiences.
