Taking the DVC tour!
When I was in WDW, I set up an appointment for the DVC tour. Our Sales Lady was very nice and extremely helpful. She showed us sample layouts of Wilderness (sold out) Boardwalk Villas (sold out) and BC Villas (45% gone in 6 months). She showed us models layouts of Vero Beach club too. There was very little pressure --except that they were running an onsite special --
If you sell them back your first years points (which are retro'd back to February '02 anyway) you get $15 off the per point price of Vero, $10 off of OKW(?) and $5 off Beach Club. The price per point right now is $80, but can go up anytime. I've talked to alot of people (mickey included) who love being in the club. I might look into buying from a third party though. Has anyone done this? let me know about your experience. lvbug |
