DVC Member Accounting
Has anybody here tried to call DVC Member Accounting. They are very helpful but MAN does it take a while to get through. Conversely, if you call to express an interest in buying into the DVC, they certainly answer the phone quick!
It is a bit disappointing that Disney seems to have understaffed this key area.

Yes, we've had problems too. Plus, they always seem to close much earlier than other Disney departments, or not be open at all, at the same time. It is disappointing. I always feel that since we've invested in Disney, Disney should invest a little in us.

And what is with the closing from 12:30 till 1:30 for lunch. I mean hey, this is a huge company. I can't imagine me closing my department for lunch everyday!
