DVC Resort Survey

I'm sort of a nut for surveys. My background is in marketing and research, so you would think that I get enough of that at work, but no...

I just took the leap on a DVC contract. I know what I think of the various resorts, but got to wondering what other people think. I mean, how would the resorts sliced by varous categories stack up in peoples' minds?

I will keep the survey open until Saturday, Feb 19 (two weeks), and then analyze and post the results. It should be interesting.

Ian,

I bailed on your survey at the second question (transportation). I've only stayed at the WLV (we own there), and I have no clue about the transportation quality from the other DVC resorts.

Hopefully You Get The Feedback You Are Looking For. We Own At Vwl And Vb. We Usually Visit Wdw Every January For 2 Weeks. Whatever Points We Don't Use, We Rent Out. Let Me Know If You Have Any More Questions. Thanks. Dennis

iankh, I, too, had to bail out after your second question RE: transportation since I was unable to move on to the third question because I had to leave some of the selections blank because either I had no experience with the resort or more than one resort required the same answer (threes) and it was not a possible choice.

iankh...I tried the survey too, but had to bail just like the others. How long have you been doing marketing, research and surveys?

I was able to complete your survey up to the last question. You asked which property we owned, but neglected to include Vero Beach and Hilton Head. That may cause some problems for you. I indicated OKW so that I could continue to the end, but we actually own points at Vero Beach.

The survey was meant to measure both experience and perception. Perception is important because it has influence. The survey also does separate perception from experience.

It was also just focused on the resorts at WDW. The next survey will which will be about DVC owners.

There have so far been 293 completed surveys for this survey.

I just did the survey, it wasn't closed. try it again. It doesn't close until the 19th of feb. and that is sat.
