DVC 2006 annual dues
Hi Fellow DVC members!
I just got my new annuals dues statement. We own at SSR. It looks like ours went from $3.83 a point to $3.98 a point. That is up 3.9%. Not bad but it doesn't thrill me either. I was just wondering how everyone else fared at the other DVC home resorts?

Being an "in the making" DVC member this is the one thing I got a little nervous about. The packet I was originally looking at reflected the $3.83 price but my rep. told me on the phone the $3.98 price.
I am curious also SWAK to see what the other home resorts are at now.

Having just bought into DVC this past September, this is out first full year of dues. We also own at SSR so we got the same rate as you posted. I read on another site where everyone's dues went up. |

OKW seems to have gone up quite a bit. We are now at $4.241. Last time I checked, it was under $4 for the year. We used to pay under $1,000 for the 270 points, and now it is $1,145. Still much happier with DVC than the Marriott I own.
