Room reviews by room number
Ever wanted to know exactly which room to ask for when checking in?
The attached link is very useful as it gives customer reviews on all the rooms used by DVC members. So a little bit of planning will allow you to select which room number you think is going to be best for you and see what others thought of it. I have found it very useful for my forthcoming trip to Saratoga Springs. I now have a list of 4 or 5 rooms I am going to request when I get there. Some of the poor reviews are of the "Cindy Crawford has an ugly mole" variety, but good information none-the-less. It also brings to mind something I learned about customer service many years back. An unhappy customer will tell at least 10 friends, a happy one will tell no more than 2.

I think you have to pick and chose which comments are meaningful and which are just from people that will moan about anything. I saw one where somebody complained because the ethernet coaxal bi-wiring internet cable didn't work and he had to wait 2 hours for an engineer. Come on - you are on vacation - get a life!!
The best thing I find about the reviews are that you can establish what type of view you are going to get. John |
