DVC member annual pass question
My DH and I just bought our first 150 points! Can you get discounts on annual passes for DL? We live in California and we will visit several times this year. DL has some weird restrictions on the annual passes unless you live in the Los Angeles area.

Re: DVC member annual pass question
Yes. We just bought deluxe passes and we got $20 off with our DVC membership. If you really want to save some money, try buying the last day of a 5 day hopper from a seller on ebay and you get the $179 value towards the price of the annual pass. But in either case, you still get $20 off on deluxe or premium passes only. Good luck.

Re: DVC member annual pass question
What we did was meet a lady in the front of Disneyland on the day we wanted to go in. She had used the first 4 days of the tickets already (tickets are good for 13 days after first use). Since Disneyland doesn't use the fingerprint technology that WDW does, they have no way of proving that the tickets are not yours. You go into the park and go to the bank on main street and upgrade the tickets to an annual pass. You get the value printed on any ticket credited towards the price of an annual pass.
