CONGRATS to KingOMiami!!!
I hope I am not ruining any announcements or anything but I wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS to KingOMiami who may just be our next newest DVC member!!!   I won't ruin any details but let's just say he's going a route that will start him in the right direction at my new VERY favorite DVC resort!!! I am jealous You're going to  your new "home." Congrats my friend, you're making an awesome decision!!!

My DH gave the deposit needed and the cm went to see if we were approved for financing. Well, here's what happened. It came back preferred, pended. Pended?! What does that mean? The cm told us that since we actually have 2 addresses it could be something as simple as verification of which is our primary residence. Or possibly they would need some other paperwork as we are self-employed. Ok, no problem, but it's killing us not knowing. He told us that they would call and let us know what they needed. We saw them on Sat. and have not heard anything. I am going to put a call in to the cm first thing tomorrow and see what's up. Sorry King O' for the threadjack. I am really happy for you!
