Hi everybody, just got back from Florida, had a great time, we stayed at our timeshare but went to our former FW home and took in the Hoop Dee Doo show. While we were there I spoke with the DVC representative, she told me that DVC points can now be used for the FW campground sites not just the cabins. Has anybody else heard of this and does someone have a list of any other changes they have made to the use of DVC points?

Can someone find out how many points would be required for a campsite stay? Is there a link to see what the different uses are available for DVC members?

I hope the above info is helpful to any FW campers.

I'm happy to share what I know. We also found this out on our Feb. trip. This was really exciting news for us as this is where we mainly stay.

I have the points book, so here's what it says:

Value Season-
Jan. 1-Feb. 14 - Sun.-Thurs.-6 points Fri.-Sat.-11 points
Aug. 25-Dec. 19


Regular Season:
April 22-Aug. 24 - Sun.-Thurs.-8 points Fri-Sat. 14 points


Peak Season:
Feb. 15-April 21 - Sun.-Thurs. 9 points Fri-Sat. - 16 points


Holiday Season:
Dec. 20-31 - Sun-Thurs. - 10 points Fri.-Sat. - 18 points


These are points per night for the campground. The cabin points are different.

I just looked at dvcmember.com and can't find anything about FW. Have you seen it posted online anywhere?
