Well isn't that nice? I'm sure they were glad to get the feedback. It's essential for today's businesses to have a website working easily for customers.

I've had problems on the member site with IE but it works fine with Firefox.

I've always had huge issues with the DVC site (had the same "3 strikes and you're out issue") - in fact, I've given up - I leave it to my dh. I'm glad it got straightened out for you. Thank goodness for the Cynthias of the "World".

I have had horrible luck logging onto the site. In fact about a year ago our email changed so I went to change it online and it locked me out. I called MS and they wiped my account clean and re set the new email andI have not been able to get in since. I have been so frustrated by this that I have not done anything about it. I just don't feel like going through the hassle. This is my only complaint about Disney...the websites stink. I also used to try to pay extra towards my loan and it would never let it go through.
