Yes. I log into the passholder section and then go under the best rate program.

Re: AP discount changes coming soon

Well, POFQ AP rates are already sold out for the weekend of Dec 10-11.

So, we're tentatively planning CBR for $94/night for the group of us.

The more I see of the Best Rate program, the more I like. I'm just annoyed at the non-refundable deposit.

OK, I found the link and checked it out. It gave me preferred rooms for about the same price as my current resie which is standard rooms. When I checked the price for the standard rooms, it was about $10.00 per night cheaper ($64.00), which is a nice savings.

Re: AP discount changes coming soon

We still love the magic of WDW and cannot even consider not going every year. The magic is somewhat not as bright since 9/11, but Walt's dream still lives within us all and in the special Cast Members who have helped us create our magical Disney moments throughout the years.

We have visited WDW 7 times since 1999 and plan to go again this fall. We stayed on premises every time - four times concierge which is much better at the Disney Delux Resorts than anywhere else we have experienced. However, after the second or third day the special treatment just isn't there anymore.

We purchased a Disney Club membership until it was desolved, have been AP members in the past, and are currently users of a Disney Credit Credit formerly Bank One, now Chase. (Chase also issues the Universal Credit Card and the benefits are much better on the Universal Card than those offered on the Disney Card.)

Disney needs to review other (non-Disney) parks and resorts "special treatment/discount" programs for their on-site guests and AP holders before changing their benefit programs which, in my opinion, was not so great to begin with since one had to wait for possible AP discounts to be announced by dates and were not guaranteed that there would be any after waiting.

All our time was spent at WDW until 2002. Now we spend part of our Fl vacation at Universal. We have stayed at all three Universal Resorts. One is treated VERY special as an on-site guest at the Loews Hotels! Universal treats their AP holders and on-site guests as very special VIP's, if they are staying in regular rooms or Club rooms.
