Disney signs deal with Frito-Lay
The Walt Disney Company announced today that it has signed an agreement with Frito-Lay to sell Frito-Lay products at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. Frito-Lay will also sponsor several rides and attractions.
Dallas Business Journal Article Frito-Lay inks deal with Disney Frito-Lay said Thursday it has inked a multi-year deal with the Walt Disney Co. to have its snack products featured at Walt Disney World and Disneyland resorts. Frito-Lay, the Plano-based division of PepsiCo Inc., also will sponsor several rides and gain naming rights to a Disney sports facility. Terms and length of the deal were not disclosed. Frito-Lay snack products will be sold at restaurants and food kiosks in Disney's domestic theme parks, the company said. Frito-Lay also received naming rights to a Disney-owned sports training complex, which is home to the Atlanta Braves spring training and the double-A Orlando Rays. The complex will be renamed Cracker Jack Stadium. In addition, Frito-Lay will sponsor park attractions, including California Screamin' in Disney's California Adventure and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park at the Walt Disney World Resort. |

I've always been a PEPSI person! My stay at the most magical place would be even MORE magical if I could get a Pepsi there!!!!:D

I'm with you Love the Magic, I enjoy Pepsi instead of Coke (actually I can't even stand coke, it taste flat too me.) So, while at WDW, I either have to drink spirte (which is ok) or alcoholic beverages (which has it good and bad points) lol:D

With Fritos already on-line, if Disney now came into agreement with Pepsi and dumped Coke, Test Track would then become Jeff Gordon's Test Track. :p
Disney may now come up with a high-speed, turbulent new ride called Cracker Jacks Crack Yer Backs. :D You'll soon find the lounge chairs on the beaches of the water theme parks to be emblazoned with the "Baked Lay's" logo. ![]() |

PEPSI PRODUCTS
2 YRS AGO, I TOOK MY OWN MOUNTAIN DEW HAD 1 CASS, WISH I HAD BROUGHT MUCH MORE, COULD HAVE PAID FOR OUR VACATION.
HAD TONS OF FOLKS WANTING TO BUY POP FROM ME, WAS CHARGING $1.00 A CAN TILL I STARTED TO RUN LOW MYSELF:) ![]() |
