Walt Disney World has released Annual Passholder discounts for check-in dates between April 23 and June 3, 2006. Current discounts are as follows:

Value Resorts: $25 off (standard room - $74 per night plus tax)
Moderate Resorts: $40 off (standard view room - $115 per night plus tax)
Deluxe Resorts: $100 off (Wilderness Lodge, woods view room - $175 per night plus tax, Polynesian, garden view room - $269 per night plus tax)

Annual Passholders can use code EZN to receive the room only discounts at Walt Disney World. An annual pass is not required to book the room, but you must have an annual pass at check in. Passholders can book up to 3 rooms with on pass.

Are the discounts PER NIGHT or are they for the TOTAL COST of the reservation?

Are the room rates posted the rates with the discounts applied...or the rack rates for this season? (So you take the AP rate off the nightly rates posted? If so...GOOD deals... I hope they have good AP rates in the fall!).

Hi Everyone: I just purchased an AP today by phone, but was not able to book the AP rate at a moderate hotel. I did get a discounted rate of $139 but not the AP rate $115. Do need to book the AP rates as soon as they are published in order to receive an AP rate. I assume there are a limited number of rooms available for AP rates? I am only going for 4 days in May but my family and I are going for a week in early November and will need 2 rooms. I really want to get the AP rate for November if at all possible. Is there any special strategy I should use? I am also planning on visiting early next May. That's the reason I purchase the AP.
Question: Can you still purchase a special ticket that gives you 20% off all of the meals when you have an AP?

Try calling back. You should be able to get the AP rate. You don't have to show your proof of an AP until you check in if my memory serves me correctly. I honestly would contact mousketrips (link on home page) and get them to secure you the rooms you need. They were able to get me the AP discount sucessfully multiple times and save me a small fortune.
