Mousesavers is reporting that a new discount has been released for room only reservations at WDW. While this discount is for all resorts, it is possible that an additional discount will be released covering the same timeframe later this week. Rooms could be very limited using this code.

Discounts at most Disney resorts. Ask for code AXA and get special discounts on various resorts for check-ins 4/27/03-7/3/03. Some of the rates that have been reported so far:

* All Stars - $84 standard
* Moderates - $104 standard
* Wilderness Lodge - $149 standard, $164 woods view, $200 courtyard view
* Animal Kingdom Lodge - $149 standard, $205 pool view, $225 savannah view, $390 concierge
* Boardwalk/Beach Club/Yacht Club - $239 standard, $305 water view
* Contemporary - $174 standard garden wing, $280 tower
* Polynesian - $254 garden view, $340 lagoon view, $350 garden view concierge, $435 lagoon view concierge
* Grand Floridian - $365 lagoon view
* Other resorts, room types and views are available at varying prices!

Just so that you know, the discounts are as follows:

Value resorts: 15% discount
Moderate resorts: 28% discount
Deluxe resorts: between 20% and 30% discounts (best discounts are at Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge)

There should be some better discounts released later this week on room only. I would expect about a 35% discount at all resorts. Any new discounts will be posted on the front page.

I just called today for WL concierge, and there were rooms for the dates I asked for. Somewhere around $300 per night with tax if I remember correctly.

These room only discounts are great for our family. When the kids love to swim at their favorite pool area, especially Beach Club, we try to find the best overnight rates. We are blessed to be able to stay at Gram's (who knew way back then, it would be so close to AK). It makes the whole trip worth it. Oh! Have to tell you an amazing WDW story. It occured this past January, in the BC lobby. The only Disney/ABC actor we actually know (babysat for him when I was a kid) walked by. My 19 yr old DD, the first to see him, knew I'd go wacky...hesitated to tell me. But when she did, I ran down the hallway near Ariel's and that little corner near the restaurant holds a beautiful reunion memory. So splurge and book a room, you Florida residents, you'll never know what will happen!:heart

Any idea if there still might be deeper room only discounts for this time frame? I was thinking of upgrading from POFQ to WL and will wait if further discounts become available. :)

Yes, I am still expecting better discounts to come. But, the discount at WL will only be a couple of dollars better, since it is already discounted almost 30%.
