Mousesavers is reporting that a new FL resident discount has been released for parts of April, covering dates when there were no discounts at all.

The two-night package starts as low as $199 per adult, based on adult double occupancy at a Disney Value Resort,with corresponding junior rates (ages 10-17) and child rates (ages 3-9) at $113 per person. Additional nights and other resorts are available at varying rates. This Florida resident offer is available for travel most nights now through April 16. All packages must be booked by April 13, 2003.

Guests taking advantage of this package receive a special two-day Value Ticket, offering two days of admission to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios or Disney’s Animal Kingdom (only one visit per park), and a choice of one admission to one of the following: Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Downtown Disney Pleasure Island or DisneyQuest indoor interactive theme park.

To qualify for the special Florida resident offer, guests must provide one of the following forms of proof of Florida residency upon check-in at their resort: a Florida driver’s license, a Florida state-issued ID card (with a Florida address), a current utility statement with the client’s name and Florida address along with a corresponding picture ID, a Florida voter’s registration card with corresponding picture ID, a college ID for a Florida college or a Florida-based military ID.
