Walt Disney World has announced the “Free Dining” promotion for the fourth consecutive year. Currently, the discount is only available to Disney VISA cardholders, though it will be released to the general public starting on April 10. With the “Free Dining” promotion, Disney resort guests who book a Magic Your Way package that includes both your Disney resort room and your Magic Your Way park passes, will receive the Disney Dining plan add-on for free for all guest three and older in their party.

For the first time, Disney World guests will be able to book the “Free Dining”, and upgrade to the Disney Deluxe Dining for the normal price difference, which is $31 for adults and $10 for children three to nine. The Wine and Dine option is also available at full price to add onto either the Basic or Deluxe dining plans.

Availability is extremely limited, and must be booked by June 22, 2008. To receive the Disney VISA cardholder discount, you must pay your deposit at time of booking with your Disney VISA, and you must pay the balance with your Disney VISA card as well, when due. As a reminder, this exact discount will be released on April 10 to the general public without the Disney VISA requirements.

To book this special Disney VISA “Free Dining” vacation package, please contact our great sponsor Mouseketrips, and ask for the appropriate code:

AYG - Magic Your Way Dining Plan
AYH - Magic Your Way Dining Plan plus Wine and Dine
AYI - Magic Your Way Deluxe Dining Plan
AYJ - Magic Your Way Deluxe Dining Plan plus Wine and Dine

I will try to follow up with more information as I am able to get it.

Are these the codes that everyone is useing, because on Mousesaver they are listing different codes for the
Disney visa holders and on WDWinfo they are listing these codes for the general public on thursday????

Re: Disney World 2008 Free Dining for Disney VISA cardholders

AAA members can have AAA call for you while you are on the phone and as long as you book your WDW free dining vacation to your VISA they can make the res for you and you get ALL the AAA Membership Exclusive deals also included and they even allow AAA to give you 20% off the room rates!!!!!!!
Oh my god I am new to this site and just got off the phone with a AAA agent she booked everything for us got us all the Disney Visa discounts, all the WDW discounts and all their AAA exlcusive discounts.

She got me the All Star Resort preferred rooms for less then WDW offered me the standard room 4 hours before with me calling on my own. Pop Century was full already. I figured it could not hurt to see if AAA could get me anything extra? God I just about died when she herself found out she could book VISA people today. The AAA agent told me until I forced her to call and ask that she all day long told her best client families to call her back on Thursday that she could not help them even thought they held a Disney Visa until then. She told me to come in tomorrow and she would get me some extra stuff for teaching her to try harder on a job she has been doing for 11 years. She hung up to call everyone she could back tonight to book their travel. Said she also was not telling anyone else in the office until she could get her customers back and booked on this offer as they were told all day to tell everyone call back later on the 10th.

I am so happy I was told about this web site YOU ALL ARE SO FANTASTIC!!!
My 2 yr old and 3 yr old thank you greatly! My husbands wallet thanks you too!

Re: Disney World 2008 Free Dining for Disney VISA cardholders

ok...so here is my crazy situation...first of all, I am checking out on the 24 of August-is it possible to add it to our entire stay??? Probably not, but maybe. Also, we are staying on DVC points, but haven't bought the APs yet. I know that DVC people can add the dining plan, but can we add FREE dining (I have a disney visa too). Should we forgo the APs (we might not need them for next year anyway ) and buy MYW tix and add free dining??
Thanks for any help!

If you are staying on points you don't get free dining.

Re: Disney World 2008 Free Dining for Disney VISA cardholders

We've been to WDW a couple of times in late September and the weather is pretty nice.We like it hot and humid on vacation and the rain was never an issue for us this time of year.I'm wondering if they'll have a DDP deal for us AP holders like they did this spring. It seems like there isn't a slow time anymore at Disney,I'm just wondering if maybe I should wait until this promotion is over to go because I heard that it was pretty crazy last year during the free DDP.

Hi, We are a couple from india and scheduled to visit WDW in mid-June. Does anyone know if we can expect any such (or other) discounts for our dates?

I've yet to book a package. We plan to stay in POR. Thanks to all the people of this forum, our decision has been an 'informed' one.

Our gratitude to all of you who share your experience and information so generously. I will surely add my 4 nights worth after we've experienced the Magic!

Same with seasonal passholders . . . so what do you think? Is it worth the "FREE" food if you have to pay for the tickets?

I believe our passes start again on the Aug. 19th . . . it prob just worth me getting the DDP added to our room ressie and NOT buying the park tickets!!

OMG! Just when I thought it was safe again! We weren't planning to do WDW this year but I can faintly hear the family start to whine...

I've heard it has gained momentum over the years. I am not sure how insane it gets down there but the Free Dining promo goes like hotcakes now. People jump on free food like there is no tomorrow! It may not be packed to the gills but it will be busier!

Go AFTER August and make your ADR's EARLY. Labor Day weeks the parks aren't crowded but the restaurants are. (two years experience)
