Discount on DisneyClub

Disney announced the DisneyClub one year ago to replace the MK Club and other discount cards. As a member of DisneyClub, you have access to exclusive discounts found on the DisneyClub.com website, including but not limited to discounts on passes to Walt Disney World and Disneyland, discounted Resort rooms, discounts at selected restaurants and an annual subscription to the Disney Magazine.

Use code HGEM and get $10 off a new membership. This offer Expires January 15, 2001. Membership is normally $39.95, and I have found it to be a great deal. We save nearly $100 yearly just from the discounted park passes, not to mention the other perks. If you are planning a trip to WDW or Disneyland this year, it would be worth becoming a member.

Hey, that's not a bad deal! Another thing you can do is get a job at Staples (the office supply store). Employees there apparently get free membership after working there for 90 days.

Most Companies do that

I believe most major companies in the US provide either free DisneyClub membership or discount codes similar to the one posted above. I would guess all companies who are sponsors of WDW or Disneyland do (Coke, Exxon, Nestle, etc...) Check with your human relations department, they should be able to tell you. The old MK Club, or what ever it was called, used to be a similar cost, but it was available at all large companies for free, as well as credit unions. DisneyClub has way better offers though, so it is worth it.

Also look to your HR department if you are in health care, education, or any type of government agency. I know the Federal Government and our own State Government both offer the discount, but you have to get the code from HR.

Also, if you belong to a union check with them. I just renewed my membership and they didn't ask if I was still employed with the company. I was glad they didn't. Considering the company laid us off in the middle of May.

new disneyclub member used discount code

I just finished applying for disney club membership. I used the code, HGEM, that you gave, but it still came up $39.95 for the membership. Will it do that, and then show up different on credit card bill? Has anyone else had this same problem? Thanks much!

Everyone who will be having a Disney Christmas, have fun you lucky bums!!!!!

The HGEM code has long expired. It would show the discounted price if it were still active.

Thanks for reminding me - tomorrow is the last day to apply for the Disney Club and use all those lucious discounts - I need to renew my membership!

Oh, I see that now! Jan. 15, 2001! Boy, that must be an old post of yours, that is still up here? I need to read the old ones more carefully, I guess. I'm still glad I became a member of the DisneyClub, though. Hope we can find some discounts before our trip. Waiting on savings on resorts, although during April, may not happen. Thanks again.

It might, you never know. Mickey is a Disney certified Travel Agent, and is very good about notifiying everyone about the discounts, so it may happen!

In the mean time, make sure you use that 10% discount in the Disney Store, $4. discount on Disney on Ice, car rental discount, new movie previews, free Disney magazine, etc. There's a ton more to being a Disney Club member than just cheap vacations. Enjoy!

Re: Discount on DisneyClub

Is the Disney Club still in existence? I don't see it on the Disney site?
