The Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom will be closed for rehab from July 29 to December 15, 2002. Pooh and friends will be able to be found at Tony's Town Square, which will reopen for breakfast during the Crystal Palace's closure. In fact, you'll be able to join Pooh and Friends for a character experience at Breakfast and Lunch. Tony's will continue to serve their regular a la carte dinner without characters during the rehab.

While it is not the Crystal Palace, Tony's has a great view of the town square, and would be a fun place to have a character meal. Their food has always been good in the past, and this is a great option when Crystal Palace is closed.

I hope this isn't an ignorant question, but am I to understand that the gang of characters will simply be moving to Tony's during the rehab? If we eat at Tony's will we order off of Tony's menu?

Yes, the gang is just moving down the street. Breakfast will be a buffet, similar to the food at the crystal palace. I believe lunch will be buffet as well, although that is not clear from the WDW announcement. Dinner will be characterless, and will be the same menu that Tony's has had for years.
